Open Doors

Welcome

Open Doors is a reengagement system that allows students to receive their education at their own pace with the support of a teacher. This program aims to help students who are credit deficient, have dropped out of high school, or have family/work obligations that prevent them from attending a traditional high school. Through this program we can reconnect with students to help them find success by helping bridge the gaps and address barriers they are encountering entering adulthood.

Referrals

Students are referred into the Open Doors program from their school counselor or can receive more information by calling Walker High School.

Pathways

Students have the option of pursuing one of two pathways through the Open Doors program.
