Puyallup Open Doors

Puyallup Open Doors (POD) is a reengagement program designed to support students in completing their education at a flexible pace with the guidance of certified teachers and a dedicated case management team.
This program serves students who are credit deficient, have previously disengaged from school, or face personal responsibilities - such as work or family obligations - that make traditional high school attendance challenging. Through individualized support, Open Doors helps students overcome barriers, reestablish their educational goals, and transition successfully into adulthood.
Program Highlights
-
Flexible Learning: Students progress through personalized learning plans at their own pace.
-
Credit Recovery: Ideal for students who are behind in credits or seeking an alternative path to graduation.

-
Multiple Pathways: Students may work toward a high school diploma or prepare for the GED.
-
Flexible Attendance: Designed for students managing work, family, or other obligations - with adaptable attendance expectations.
